2007 Wanstead Go Tournament entry form

VENUE:

Wanstead House Community Hall, 21 The Green, Wanstead, London, E11 2NT

GETTING THERE:

The venue is near Wanstead tube station (central line), turn left outside the station alongside the park.

It is near the M11, North Circular and A12 roads and has parking in the grounds and nearby roads. Map [1].

FORMAT:

Four round McMahon tournament. Time limits: 50 minutes each (sudden death, no overtime). Standard American rules.

TIMES:

Registration from 09:00 until 09:30.

• DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES 09:30 SHARP
• First round 09:45
• Second round 11:45
• Third round 14:00
• Last round 16:00
• Prize giving 18:00
• Vacate Hall 18:15 SHARP

Due to limited time in the hall and our wish to have four games in the day, we will have to stick very firmly to the timetable. Your cooperation is appreciated, particularly in regards to prompt registration and game starts.

REFRESHMENTS/LUNCH:

Free tea, coffee and biscuits will be available all day as usual. Lunch is available from nearby pubs and shops.

ENTRY FEE:

• £8.00 for BGA members registering before 16/11/07
• £4.00 for children under 16 and the unwaged
• Add £2.00 if you are not a member of the BGA
• Add £2.00 if you register on or after 16/11/07

PRIZES:

Wanstead 2007 Trophies awarded to all competitors scoring 3 or 4.
