This is a 5 round tournament with 3 rounds on the Saturday and 2 rounds on the Sunday.
The overall winner will win the 3 Peaks Goban for 1 year.
The venue is in the delightful seaside town of Grange over Sands, once a favourite resort in earlier times. It is on the north side of Morecambe Bay and retains many features - impressive gardens, large hotels, promenade - from its heyday. There are many walks in the area. It is on the edge of the Lake District and is only 2 miles from the famous Cartmel Priory. The Commodore Inn is in the centre of town overlooking the Bay. We have exclusive use of the upstairs function room. A lightning or small board event may be organised for the Saturday evening depending on demand. It has 4 rooms (3 ensuite) for B&B. Ring 015395 32381 to book. It also does a full range of meals at both lunchtime and evening.

As well as the Commodore, Grange has a wealth of places to stay. These can be accessed via the Grange tourist website [2]
