London MindSports Centre now open

In December 2020, a group of MindSports enthusiasts purchased the ex-Salvation Army citadel in Ravenscourt Park, to turn it into the London MindSports Centre, for £1.7M.

The purchase was made by a company set up for the specific purpose of purchasing and owning the building. The T Mark Hall Foundation invested a total of £420,000 in this Company; this investment has now been transferred to the London Go Centre. The remaining investment is mostly from Bridge players associated with the Young Chelsea Bridge Club (YCBC), with some from the chess community.

A major programme of renovation and refurbishment took place during the first part of 2021, and we are pleased to announce that the building is now open for business. Most importantly it is the new home of the London Go Centre.
