2023 AGM(s)

The 2023 AGM will be held online by ZOOM at 20:00 on Thursday 20th April 2023. A meeting link will be issued shortly before the meeting.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This year as part of the transfer to incorporated status, two AGMs will be held on the same evening, using the same ZOOM session. The structure will be:

1. AGM of the unincorporated Association. This will include a final motion to dissolve the old Association, as the assets will have been transferred to the new incorporated body - as agreed in the 2022 AGM.

2. Immediately following will be an AGM for the new incorporated BGA. This will include all the necessary elections for Officers and Directors as set out in the Company Articles, and for members of the Disputes Panel as per the Code of Conduct.

Nominations for elections must be sent to the BGA Secretary secretary@britgo.org on or before Thursday March 16th 2023.

Motions to be brought forward for either meeting must be sent to the BGA Secretary secretary@britgo.org on or before Thursday March 16th 2023.

Draft agendas, including motions from the Council & Board, will be issued after the Strategy Day on Feb 19th. These should help explain the meeting structure above.
