| Policy Statement Note: This policy exists for completeness given that a separate Appeals policy existed before the introduction of the Code of Conduct. With the introduction of a Code of Conduct which covers amongst other things the actions of Officers, Directors, and BGA Officials, where members have tried all other routes and still wish to dispute a decision then an appeal will be dealt with through the Disputes Panel |
